Starting Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour + commission

To provide a full range of esthetic services while ensuring a comfortable and relaxing spa experience for all clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prior to appointment, ensure treatment station is set up appropriately for the scheduled treatment
• Provide esthetic services including facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, tinting, and body treatments including relaxation massage
• Ensure the comfort of the client throughout their appointment
• Ensure each client receives a refreshment at the end of each treatment
• Tidy, sanitize, and maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms, work stations, and waiting area
• Restock treatment rooms and work stations as needed
• Provide customer service at Spa reception desk as needed including making reservations, selling product, and taking payment
• Assist with inventory and laundry

• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
• Completion of an esthetics program from a recognized esthetics college or academy
• Able to provide a wide range of esthetic services and techniques
• Previous professional experience as an esthetician is an asset
• 2 years of customer service or retail experience
• Comfortable using a computer, POS machine, and handling cash
• Comfortable working in a team environment and independently
• Emotional maturity and a professional demeanour
