Job Description

  • Supervision and Safety: Ensuring the safety and security of children within the Kids Club area, including providing immediate first aid or CPR if necessary.
  • Activity Planning and Implementation: Organizing and leading age-appropriate activities, games, and sports to engage children and promote their social, emotional, and educational development.
  • Customer Service: Greeting parents and children, responding to inquiries, and maintaining open communication with families to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Maintenance and Cleanliness: Keeping the Kids Club environment clean, orderly, and sanitized, including managing toys and equipment.

  • Administrative Duties: Handling registrations, maintaining attendance records, and ensuring all Kids Club guidelines and policies are followed.

  • Collaboration: Working with other departments to organize special events, parties, and holiday activities for children.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in child care, early childhood education, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create and lead age-appropriate activities for children.
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
  • Knowledge of child safety and behavior management practices.
  • Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with children.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic administrative and organizational skills for managing attendance and activity planning.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
