Accor is currently looking for a Junior Revenue Manager multi-hotel based in Madrid, Spain, to manage revenue for four hotels: NOVOTEL MADRID CAMPO DE LAS NACIONES, PULLMAN MADRID AIRPORT & FERIA, and NOVOTEL & IBIS STYLES MADRID CITY LAS VENTAS.
This role offers the opportunity to work alongside the Senior Revenue Manager to optimize the revenue for these properties.
As a Junior Revenue Manager Multi-hotel, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing the revenue of our hotels, ensuring the alignment with the brand strategy and financial goals. You will work closely with the Senior Revenue Manager and collaborate with various departments to achieve the desired results.
Key Responsibilities
- Pricing and Revenue Management:
- Manage daily hotel pricing in line with brand policy, competition, and company financial objectives.
- Implement revenue management methods and processes to optimize RevPAR.
- Update and maintain various revenue management systems based on shared strategies.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze hotel performance using RMS to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare monthly reports and analyze results to plan for achieving objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competition to adjust pricing strategies.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate and collaborate with other departments: reservations, reception, commercial, F&B, and management.
- Ensure consistent implementation of defined strategies and policies.
- Share rate recommendations and market insights with hotel stakeholders.
- Forecasting and Planning:
- Provide dynamic forecasts according to budget and strategy.
- Support the preparation of the annual revenue budget.
- Manage the monthly forecast process.
- Education and Experience:
- Master's degree in Revenue Management for hotels.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred, with knowledge of the Ideas G3 Revenue Management program.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, with a positive evaluation for Power BI and Canva.
- Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
- Strong organizational skills and methodical approach.
