Buscamos un Jefe de Recepción dinámico y con experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo en Santa Coloma de Gramenet, Barcelona.
Responsabilidades Principales
- Realizar sesiones informativas diarias y asegurarse de que toda la información pertinente sea bien recibida por los miembros del equipo.
- Administrar y supervisar todas las tareas de su personal para garantizar que se brinde un servicio de la más alta calidad y se cumplan los estándares del departamento.
- Revisar, analizar y sugerir mejoras en el flujo de trabajo y los estándares en la recepción
- Analice el informe de variación de tarifas para garantizar el control de los ingresos de las habitaciones, aprobar descuentos y reembolsos
- Comunicarse con la Dirección en todos los asuntos relacionados con los servicios al huésped y las operaciones del hotel.
- Asegure la documentación de todos los problemas relacionados con los huéspedes utilizando el libro de registro
- Firmar los medios y supervisar los procedimientos de entrega de turnos
- Coordinar y comunicarse con otros departamentos del hotel según sea necesario, con respecto a la administración general y los problemas de operaciones
- Proporcionar presencia de administración en todo momento, ayudando con el manejo de las necesidades y quejas de los huéspedes con tacto y eficiencia.
- Inspeccione regularmente la parte delantera y trasera de la casa para verificar la limpieza y el orden.
- Asegúrese de que el personal de primera línea cumpla con las técnicas de marketing y maximice las ventas
- Verifique las instrucciones de facturación, controle el crédito de los huéspedes y actúe ante cualquier discrepancia.
- Garantiza que se cumplan las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad en el hotel. Manejar y gestionar las emergencias del hotel.
- Experiencia comprobada en la industria hotelera, en un puesto similar.
- Fuerte orientación al cliente, compromiso y alto nivel de inteligencia emocional.
- Habilidades sólidas de gestión para alinear al equipo en torno a objetivos comunes, con enfoque en calidad y metas financieras.
- Dominio del español y del inglés; otros idiomas serán considerados un plus.
- Excelentes capacidades de resolución de problemas y conflicto.
- Adaptabilidad y capacidad para prosperar en un entorno dinámico y de ritmo rápido.
- Solida capacidad interpersonal, de resolución de problemas, y capacidad para liderar con el ejemplo.
