Supervisar y coordinar todas las actividades de limpieza en las instalaciones del hotel, asegurando la higiene, el orden y la seguridad en todas las áreas, así como la correcta manipulación de productos de limpieza y desechos, garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares ecológicos y de control de plagas establecidos por el hotel.
- Supervisar las labores de limpieza, desinfección y prevención de plagas realizadas por el personal de limpieza en todas las áreas públicas del hotel.
- Coordinar el trabajo del equipo de áreas públicas y steward, asegurándose de que sigan los protocolos de higiene y seguridad establecidos.
- Controlar el manejo adecuado de desechos y el cumplimiento del programa de reciclaje en todas las áreas del hotel.
- Implementar procedimientos y prácticas de prevención de daños ecológicos, buscando alternativas sostenibles y ecológicas para la limpieza, manejo de residuos.
- Verificar el correcto lavado, secado, pulido y almacenamiento de vajilla, cristalería, cubertería, utensilios y equipos de cocina para atender los diferentes puntos de venta, eventos y demás requeridos.
- Implementar y supervisar el programa de control de plagas en las instalaciones del hotel, gestionando los tratamientos necesarios y asegurando la seguridad de los huéspedes y el personal.
- Coordinar con otros departamentos (como mantenimiento, alimentos y bebidas, etc.) para asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas de limpieza e higiene en las áreas comunes y de servicio.
- Controlar inventarios de menaje, utensilios, equipos y suministros del área, realizando reportes de pérdidas, roturas o reposiciones necesarias.
- Realizar auditorías periódicas de las áreas de limpieza para evaluar el desempeño del personal y la calidad del servicio.
- Capacitar al personal en procedimientos de limpieza, seguridad ocupacional, manipulación de químicos y estándares de servicio del hotel.
- Gestionar y controlar el inventario de productos de limpieza y equipos necesarios, asegurándose de que el personal cuente con los insumos adecuados y mantengan un adecuado control de los mismos.
