Job Description

Looking for an impactful internship in procurement and F&B strategy? Join our Procurement Business Unit (Astore) as a Junior Category Manager intern and contribute to shaping the way our hotels source and serve food and beverages. Based in Issy-les-Moulineaux, this 6-month internship offers an excellent entry point into the hospitality industry within a fast-moving international team.

What will you do?

Category Management

  • Identify hotel needs and analyze market trends in the F&B sector
  • Contribute to defining the appropriate product and service ranges
  • Help manage and update our offering on the digital procurement marketplace

Sourcing to Contract Management

  • Evaluate supplier proposals and assist with the selection process
  • Participate in contract negotiations and implementation
  • Monitor supplier performance and contract compliance
  • Compile data and support supplier invoicing and follow-up

Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG)

  • Assist suppliers in assessing and improving their social and environmental performance
  • Evaluate suppliers based on defined sustainability and decarbonization criteria

 


Qualifications

Our ideal profile would be:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in business, procurement, or a related field, with availability for a 6-month internship
  • Interested in procurement and the F&B industry
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working across diverse teams
  • Fluent in French and proficient in English (written and spoken)
  • Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Power BI
