Job Description

 Take full responsibility for all IT-related pre-opening tasks, closely collaborating with the Project Team, DTS, and Accor IT.
• Ensure and implement security measures to safeguard the integrity and privacy of both business and guest data, while complying with data protection regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any IT issues as they arise.
• Provide technical support to all employees and conduct training sessions to ensure effective use of IT systems and tools.
• Develop technology-driven solutions to enhance guest services, such as optimizing the reservation system, implementing digital check-in/check-out processes, and improving Wi-Fi services.
• Address and resolve guest complaints related to IT challenges.
• Negotiate and communicate with IT vendors and service providers to ensure all products and services meet guest expectations.
• Manage the IT budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Lead IT projects and initiatives, such as introducing new technologies or upgrading software applications.
• Regularly report to hotel management on the status and progress of IT initiatives.
• Prepare documentation and reports to demonstrate the effectiveness and value of IT systems.
• Stay informed about emerging technology trends.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of practical experience in IT management, technical support, or a related role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, with expertise in networking, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity. Azure Cloud, Meraki Network, Microsoft stack.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities, capable of effectively managing teams and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage IT budgets, control costs, and maintain productive vendor relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in leading IT teams and delivering complex technical projects from planning through execution.
  • Skilled in utilizing modern IT tools and technologies, including cloud computing, virtualization, and next-generation solutions.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
