• Menu Maestro: Keep the team informed about menu updates, specials, and guest preferences, fostering a knowledgeable and enthusiastic environment! 📋👩‍🍳
• Train and Inspire: Provide training and support to team members, motivating them to excel in their roles and enhance their skills! 📚💪
• Quality Control: Ensure that food and beverage orders are prepared, presented, and delivered according to our high standards! 🍷✨
• Handle Guest Feedback: Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, turning any challenges into opportunities for exceptional service! 🗣️🌈
• Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with the kitchen and other teams to ensure smooth operations and top-notch service delivery! 🤝🍽️
• Operational Excellence: Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the In-Room Dining area! 📦🧹
