Join our prestigious team as an In Room Dining Server, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our valuable guests within the comfort and privacy of their rooms. As a vital member of our luxury hospitality environment, you will embody our commitment to unparalleled service and attention to detail.

• Provide personalized and attentive service to guests, ensuring their dining preferences and special requests are met with precision and care.
• Responsible for maximizing the revenue of every order by upselling in a professional manner.
• Adhere to Food and Beverage standards and Fairmont Palliser policies to ensure a luxury experience for our guests.
• Provide professional and personalized service while  make the guest comfortable in their room
• Effectively communicate with kitchen and service staff to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of orders, maintaining the highest standards of presentation and quality.
• Uphold impeccable standards of cleanliness and organization in all aspects of service, including room table setup, presentation of amenities, and maintenance of service area
• Responsible for clearing all the trays and tables on each floor and ensuring the dishwasher area is well-organized, with a focus on preventing dirty carts from accumulating in the vicinity of the dishwasher
• Ensuring that all the monthly side duties for your department are completed successfully.
• Must be well organized individual and able to work in an unsupervised environment by directing self and others to fulfil the needs of the guests.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment and ensures that all Health & Safety standards are met, procedures followed and has the knowledge and tools to work safely.
• Maintain awareness of, and ensuring compliance with all food safety & hygiene policies and procedures (as outlined by the EHC manual) are followed at all times.
• Maintain awareness of, and ensuring compliance with all sustainability and food waste reduction/diversion policies, procedures and programs at the hotel.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive team environment, contributing to the overall success of our luxury hospitality operation.

• Minimum 2 years of prior experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality preferred, with a demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining composure and professionalism under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish genuine connections with guests.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the needs of our guests and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and excellence in all aspects of your role.
• Must be able to read, speak and understand English language.
