Ibis & Adagio London Sutton Point is looking for a multi-skilled Team Member to join us. Is it you?
This is what you could expect to do:
- Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests, making all guest experience positive.
- Actively sell and promote hotel services and facilities, maximising sales opportunities through knowledge of product and suggestive selling.
- Welcome the guests, consistently offering professional, friendly and engaging service.
- Handle guest orders.
- Contribute to guest satisfaction by providing high quality services with a warm and friendly approach.
- Keep service areas clean and tidy.
- Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.
- Maintain health & safety, and food safety standards.
- Review arrivals, ensuring that special requests are met.
- Handle any guest concerns, reacting promptly and ensuring satisfaction in resolutions.
- Assist in growing ALL Loyalty programme membership.
The role will focus on all hotel guests, along with working across departments. A flexible, multi-skilled approach and attitude is essential. The hours of work will predominently be during the daytime between the hours of 7am and 11pm.
