Airport Development Group (ADG) has made a significant investment of $25 million to transform the properties into a world-class destination. The major redevelopment project includes a range of upgrades to enhance the guest experience.

The existing accommodation and facilities have undergone significant enhancements, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for the guests. We are excited to introduce a brand new lagoon pool, where you can relax and soak up the tropical vibes. • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems throughout the hotel property, including air conditioning units, refrigeration equipment, and ventilation systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues, identifying and repairing faulty components promptly to minimize guest disruptions.
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed, including equipment readings, service reports, and inventory levels.

• Demonstrated experience in general building maintenance, engineering and/or construction.
• Qualifications in a Trade is preferred.
• Previous experience working in hotel / resort / hospitality settings is preferred.
