Job Description

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Human Resources Systems Specialist/ Analyst to join the Accor Apartments and Realty Business Unit based in either our Gold Coast or Sydney offices. In this role, you will play a key part in providing support and optimising our HR systems and reporting methodologies.

As a natural problem solver with keen attention to detail, you will excel in this role by utilising your systems knowledge to map processes, identify pain points, and drive efficiencies across our ecosystem. Your strong time management skills and ability to innovate will be crucial to your success.

This is an initial 18-month fixed-term contract focused on the ongoing development and enhancement of our HR systems as we continue to integrate our legacy platform to the global ecosystem.

Getting to Know the Role and Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer Talent & Culture (T&C) systems, including HRIS, talent management, applicant tracking, and employee engagement platforms, ensuring they are efficient, user-friendly, and aligned with organisational goals.
  • Proactively identify, map, and analyse current processes to pinpoint inefficiencies and pain points, developing and implementing system enhancements to streamline workflows and improve user experience.
  • Work closely with Global, Regional and Local Human Resources teams to identify system improvement opportunities, driving the implementation of innovative enhancements that support strategic objectives.
  • Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to team members and managers, empowering them to utilise system tools and resources effectively, ensuring maximum adoption and efficiency.
  • Assist in the creation, development, and maintenance of policies and procedures related to T&C systems, ensuring they are up-to-date, comprehensive, and aligned with best practices.
  • Ensure the accuracy of data within all HR systems, maintaining strict compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices to protect the integrity of our data. 

Qualifications

What We Need from You:

  • Previous knowledge and experience using & administering HR Systems. Prior experience with Dayforce, Oracle and Peakon preferable.
  • Previous experience in data collection, management and visualization
  • Basic understanding of Robotics Process Automation (RPA) or emerging AI trends in technology
  • Ability to map processes, identify pain points and efficiencies, and effectively communicate these to key stakeholders
  • Understanding of system architecture, interfaces requirements and data points
  • Previous experience within a Talent & Culture role, is desirable
  • Ability to problem solve and implement required solutions
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and best practices
  • High level of communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Additional Information

The Human Resources Systems Specialist/ Analyst role can be based in either the Accor Gold Coast or Accor Sydney Office.
