Job Description

As HR Admin, you will support the Talent & Culture function in all administrative and operational HR activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance and a positive employee experience, especially during the pre-opening phase of Mercure Oradea.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Administration

  • Prepare, maintain and update employee personnel files and HR documentation.
  • Support drafting employment contracts, addendums and other HR-related documents.
  • Ensure proper archiving and confidentiality of employee data.
  • Reporting employee data in REVISAL

Recruitment & Onboarding Support

  • Assist in recruitment coordination (interview scheduling, candidate communication, document collection).
  • Support onboarding processes, induction documentation and internal coordination.

Payroll & Time Management Support

  • Collect and verify monthly attendance reports from all departments.
  • Prepare the payroll report on a monthly basis, checking the accuracy of the calculation.
  • Prepare the file for the salary’s payment and all other statistic reports related with employee data.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure HR documentation complies with local labor legislation and internal standards.
  • Support preparation of HR reports (headcount, turnover, onboarding status, training tracking).
  • Assist with internal HR communication and administrative processes.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an HR administrative role.
  • Good knowledge of HR documentation processes; familiarity with Romanian labor legislation
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Fluency in Romanian (written and spoken) is required. Good command of English is considered an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; HRIS knowledge is a plus.
