Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Housing Supervisor to join our team in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and maintaining the highest standards of property management.

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of property management staff, including maintenance workers, leasing agents, and administrative personnel
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient property operations and compliance with local housing regulations
  • Manage tenant relationships, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a professional and timely manner
  • Oversee property maintenance and repair schedules, ensuring all work is completed to high standards
  • Prepare and manage budgets for property operations, maintenance, and improvements
  • Conduct regular property inspections to maintain quality standards and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with leasing agents to develop effective marketing strategies and maintain high occupancy rates
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including rent collection and expense tracking
  • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts for various property services
  • Stay up-to-date with local housing laws and regulations, implementing changes as necessary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in property management or a related field
  • Proven supervisory experience in managing teams effectively
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial reporting
  • Excellent conflict resolution and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Knowledge of local housing regulations and tenant rights in Saudi Arabia
  • Familiarity with maintenance and repair procedures for residential properties
  • Understanding of lease agreements and rental policies
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Property Management certification preferred
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills highly desirable

  • Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.
  • experience in project coordination, scheduling, and document control during pre-Opening stages.
  • Experience in pre-Opening is a must.
  • A proactive, anticipatory approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with Luxury standards.
