Our Mission

  • As Housekeeping Manager you will manage and coordinate a team of housekeepers so that the service is provided smoothly and quickly, with quality, anticipation and attention to detail;
  • Ensure that the Team is punctual;
  • Ensure that the Team is always properly uniformed and identified;
  • Ensure, in accordance with the Hotel's guidelines and standards, that the rooms are cleaned in a timely manner, taking into account the daily check-ins;
  • Ensuring that common areas are constantly clean;
  • Ensuring that supplies and consumables are replenished in the rooms and public areas;
  • Stock management;
  • Contact with suppliers;
  • Coordinating needs with other Hotel teams, namely the Maintenance Team, Laundry and others appropriate to each situation;
  • Meeting urgent logistical and customer needs;
  • Managing Lost and Found issues;
  • Good team spirit and collaboration;
  • Working with management to improve the customer experience.
  • Experience in the position is essential to meet these requirements. PLEASE NOTE! - We will only consider applications that fit the profile described, with minimum experience, and that know what it means to be a Housekeeping Manager.

Permanent contract (with a trial period of 180 days).
