Job Description
• Supervisar de manera integral la operación diaria de Housekeeping, garantizando que cada habitación y área pública cumpla con los más altos estándares de limpieza, presentación y lujo
• Coordinar y dar seguimiento al estado de habitaciones (llegadas, salidas, VIP, fuera de servicio, DND), asegurando una gestión eficiente a través de sistemas como Opera
• Liderar, motivar y desarrollar al equipo de camareras y aseadores, promoviendo una cultura de excelencia, disciplina operativa y atención al detalle
• Mantener una comunicación constante y estratégica con Recepción, Guest Experience y Mantenimiento, asegurando una experiencia impecable para el huésped
• Gestionar inventarios, reportes operativos y control de calidad, garantizando el cumplimiento de procesos, tiempos y estándares de la marca.
Qualifications
• Experiencia previa en hotelería, preferiblemente en propiedades de lujo o alta categoría.
• Conocimiento en operación de Housekeeping y estándares de calidad.
• Manejo de sistemas hoteleros (Opera es altamente valorado).
• Habilidades de liderazgo, organización y supervisión de equipos.
• Excelente comunicación y orientación al servicio al huésped.
