Join Our Housekeeping Team at Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Housekeeping Team, at our esteemed luxury hotel in the heart of Broadbeach, Gold Coast.
Our Hotel
Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach is a luxurious five-star hotel located in the heart of Broadbeach. We are situated just 200m from patrolled beaches and our hotel features 296 beautifully appointed rooms and suites, all with breathtaking Pacific Ocean or Hinterland views.
Choose the role that is right for you! We are offering the following part time opportunities in Housekeeping.
Room Attendant
- Clean guest rooms in line with Sofitel brand standards
- Service rooms of in-house guests ensuring ultimate comfort during their stay
- Work with autonomy as you are empowered to work independently through your assigned rooms
Public Area Attendant
- Clean and maintain all public areas of the hotel ensuring the highest cleanliness standards including vacuuming, dusting and wiping
- Clean and maintain restrooms, locker rooms and ambassador areas
- Enjoy working around all areas of the hotel and engaging with various departments, ambassadors and guests
Houseperson + Linen Runner
- Deliver guest room requests within a timely manner such as towels and amenities
- Remove linen from guest rooms as required and replenish with fresh linen
- Work with the laundry team move linen around the hotel as required
- Adhere to policies and workplace health and safety regulations at all times
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience, preferably within the hotel industry or similar
- Motivated with exceptional attention to detail
- Be physically fit to meet the demands on the role
- A friendly, customer-focused attitude with the drive to provide total customer satisfaction
- Professional appearance representing our Sofitel brand
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
