The Housekeeping Daily Worker – Residences is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall upkeep of the residences' public areas, corridors, and common spaces. This role ensures that all assigned areas are clean, safe, and well-presented at all times, contributing to a comfortable and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

The Housekeeping Daily Worker supports the housekeeping operation by performing cleaning and maintenance-related tasks, replenishing supplies, assisting with furniture movement and event setups when required, and reporting any maintenance concerns. The role requires a strong attention to detail, a proactive approach, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service standards in a luxury residential environment.

1. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent. Candidates with education or vocational training in hospitality, housekeeping, or related fields are preferred.
    
2. Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, public area cleaning, or a similar role within a hotel, serviced apartment, residential property, or hospitality environment is preferred.
    
3. Knowledge of Housekeeping Operations: Basic understanding of housekeeping procedures, cleaning methods, equipment usage, and cleanliness standards. Familiarity with luxury hospitality service standards and proper handling of cleaning materials is an advantage.
    
4. Physical Fitness: The role involves physically demanding activities such as lifting, carrying, moving furniture, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive cleaning tasks. Candidates should be physically fit and capable of carrying out these responsibilities safely and effectively.
    
5. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation in all assigned areas.
    
6. Teamwork and Communication Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with housekeeping colleagues, maintenance personnel, and other departments. Good communication skills and a positive, cooperative attitude are essential.
    
7. Knowledge of Safety and Hygiene Standards: Understanding of workplace safety procedures, hygiene practices, and the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment to maintain a safe environment for residents, guests, and colleagues.
    
8. Professionalism and Service Orientation: Demonstrates reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic. Maintains a professional appearance and positive attitude while delivering courteous and efficient service to residents and guests.
