Ibis Nottingham Centre is a budget hotel located in the centre of Nottingham near the Lace Market tram stop. The hotel boasts 142 modern bedrooms and a restaurant and bar.

Job Description

As a multi-skilled part-time Nights Team Member, you will be required to work independently and oversee the hotel operations at night, including doing night auditing and reporting, checking guests in and out, and addressing any guest needs that might arise. It is a varied role- you might have to prepare some drinks, make a pizza, make new reservations, answer the phone, cashiering, oversee security and health and safety, or even do some basic cleaning duties. Whatever it is you need to do, have fun and always put our guests first to ensure they have an exceptional stay.

You must have a bubbly personality and in a nutshell be cool and awesome like the rest of our team. You will need to be able to work on your own, be able to multi-task and cope well under pressure. Basic IT skills and experience in cashiering would also be good. Don't worry, full training will be provided.
