As we embark on a remarkable transformation to elevate The Mozart Prague to the prestigious Sofitel Legend brand, we are seeking a passionate and driven Hotel Manager to lead the hotel through this exciting chapter.


Job Description

As a Hotel Manager, in this role you will be:

❑ Leading daily operations across all departments, ensuring an exceptional guest experience aligned with the hotel’s luxury positioning.

❑ Overseeing progress of the multi-phase renovation project, maintaining close coordination with the project team to minimize operational disruption.

❑ Planning and adapting hotel operations, staffing, and guest services in accordance with the reduced room inventory during the renovation period.

❑ Supporting the hotel Owners in preparing the property for its future re-branding to Sofitel Legend.

❑ Driving operational excellence, team engagement, and financial performance within the context of an evolving environment.

❑ Fostering a culture of care, empowerment, and accountability within the team.

❑ Ensuring brand standards, safety, and service quality are maintained throughout all stages of the project.


Qualifications

We are looking for an inspiring hospitality professional who:

❑ Has proven experience as an Hotel Manager, Operations Manager, Executive Assistant Manager, or similar leadership role within a luxury or upper-upscale hotel.

❑ Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.

❑ Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset with a keen eye for operational excellence and guest experience.

❑ Is adaptable and resourceful, comfortable managing in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.

❑ Shows passion for delivering authentic, high-quality service and upholding a culture of excellence.

❑ Has a collaborative approach, capable of building trusted relationships with owners, team members, and corporate stakeholders.
