Job Description
This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction, efficient management, and providing strategic direction. The Hotel Manager supervise staff, manage budgets, implement marketing strategies, engage with guests, and maintain compliance with standards and policies & procedures.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include;
- Previous 4-5 star hotel experience is an advantage.
- Excellent management and organizational skills.
- With 3-4 years experience in similar role
- High degree of professionalism with sound human resources management and business acumen capabilities
