Company Description

The Hotel Finance & Performance Analyst will focus on maximizing hotel operations and performance across Ennismore.  The role will report directly to the Hotel Performance & Treasury Manager and will implement company-wide financial tools, as well as processes, to achieve maximize financial performance and optimize returns. 


Job Description

What you'll do...

  • Support the Hotel Finance & Performance Manager, as well as the Global Head, in maximizing hotel operations, with a focus on revenue and cost management.
  • Prepare and conduct regular hotel performance reviews at the group level and provide actionable insights to stakeholders at property, regional, and leadership levels.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain reporting tools, systems, and dashboards to deliver relevant insights to key stakeholders across all business levels. Ensure timely rollout and regular updates as business needs evolve.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to financial processes and deadlines across both property and corporate departments.
  • Provide detailed ad hoc financial analysis, lead action plans for resolving performance issues, and support initiatives for new openings, properties with guarantees, or other performance challenges.
  • Contribute to the hotel budgeting and reporting process, ensuring the efficient maintenance of relevant systems and databases.
  • Drive and assist on ad hoc projects time including integration, strategy, M&A.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, supporting broader finance and performance related initiatives

Qualifications

What were are looking for... 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 2+ years’ experience as a Financial or Business Analyst required
  • Strategic and analytical thinker comfortable managing complex data with the ability to translate results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations.
  • Strong experience in Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentation.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, OneStream and Infor Sunsystem preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of hotel operations, budgeting and forecasting 
  • You work well under pressure, can juggle lots of demands & deadlines and are an expert at prioritizing
  • You combine analytical and methodical thinking with high attention to detail and a solution-focused approach.
  • You make people feel good - your team, guests and colleagues alike.  You make a positive impact.
  • You are an excellent relationship builder, confident in working with other teams and leaders; you’re passionate about what we can achieve together.

The base salary for this role is $85,000 annually.
