Hotel Concierge / Bell Captain

Swissôtel Sydney is a luxury five-star hotel located in the heart of Sydney's business, retail and entertainment district and boasts 369 beautifully appointed guest rooms, with newly refurbished conference rooms, spa, fitness centre, newly renovated outdoor pool, restaurant and a brand new bar.

An exciting opportunity for Hotel Concierge / Bell Captain has just become available. This role is vital to the first impressions of the hotel. As Hotel Concierge / Bell Captain, your responsibilities includes but not limited to:

• Meeting and greeting all guests  at most courteous and efficient service

• Have a detailed knowledge of what's on in Sydney and its surrounds including transport and movements 

• Promote facilities and venues to generate additional spend towards hotel’s total revenue targets

• Exceptional customer service goes without saying

• Live and breathe our brand standards, be the ambassador for our LQA (Leading Quality Assurance)

• A problem solver with the capability to turn challenges into opportunities

• Flexibility to work rotation roster including weekend and public holidays

About you:

• At least 2 years of  relevant experience 

• Full NSW Drivers Licence, both Automatic and Manual

• Have full time work right in Australia

• Your behavioural qualities include being customer focused, proactive, with a can do attitude, professional, a story teller, collaborative, culturally aware and autonomous
