• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and set the tone for the dining experience.
• Manage reservations using platforms such as OpenTable, Resy, or similar systems.
• Maintain and update waitlists, quoting accurate wait times and keeping guests informed
• Seat guests according to server rotation, table availability, and floor plan balance.
• Escort guests to tables, present menus, and communicate special notes to servers
• Answer phone calls for reservations, menu questions, and general inquiries.
• Monitor dining room flow and adjust seating plans as needed.
• Assist with light tasks such as bussing tables or handling to‑go orders in some establishments
• Inspect dining areas for cleanliness and proper setup. 

• Entry‑level; 0–2 years preferred in upscale dining. Within luxury atmosphere
• Possession of a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in fast‑paced environments
• Familiarity with reservation and table‑management software
• Professional demeanor and customer‑service orientation
• Organizational and problem‑solving abilities

experience is an asset
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Fluency in English
additional languages are a plus
