Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and professional Hostess to join our team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests
- Coordinate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle phone calls and take reservations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist in resolving customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of service
Qualifications
- Saudi nationality required
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Basic computer skills for managing reservations and guest information
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards
