You will shake things up behind the bar, crafting exceptional drinks and leaving a lasting impression on every guest.

Qualifications
Thrive in the Heart of The William Inglis Hotel - MGallery with
- Previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hotel environment.
- Strong knowledge of beverage & cocktail preparation techniques and recipes.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).
