• Check the reservation book for reservations for the next meal period. Ensuring menus are cleaned as per standard.
• Distribute reservations among all servers equally, informing them of all information necessary. For example, Birthdays, anniversaries, bill not to be taken to the table or any other unique requests. 
• Ensure that reservation signs are placed on the tables.
• Inquire with the kitchen regarding the daily specials for the shift.
• Always answer the phone politely using a friendly tone, being informative, and within Pullman standards.

• College diploma/ Secondary school education or Equivalent qualifications 
• Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage 
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language 
• Ability to speak Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years of similar experience
• Past experience of working in the Maldives is advantageous
