Role Overview: As a Head Hostess at Delano Dubai, you will be the warm and welcoming face of our dining experience, responsible for creating a lasting first impression for our guests. Your exceptional communication skills and keen attention to detail will ensure that every guest feels valued and has an unforgettable experience in our luxurious environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Reception: Greet and welcome guests with genuine warmth, guiding them to their tables while ensuring a seamless transition into the dining experience.

• Table Management: Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently, optimizing table turnover while maintaining a comfortable atmosphere.

• Communication: Collaborate with the waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service and timely updates regarding guest needs and preferences.

• Guest Engagement: Interact with guests to enhance their experience, addressing any inquiries or special requests with professionalism and grace.

• Ambiance Maintenance: Help maintain the elegant atmosphere of the restaurant, ensuring that all areas are clean, organized, and reflective of Delano's luxury standards.

• Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing special events, ensuring that all details are meticulously attended to.

• Luxury Experience: You have a proven track record in a luxury hospitality environment - luxury hotel, high-end restaurant, or exclusive beach club, showcasing your ability to deliver sophisticated and discreet service that exceeds guest expectations.
• Exceptional Skills: Your communication and interpersonal skills are exemplary, allowing you to engage with guests in a refined manner that enhances their experience.
• Operational Knowledge: You’re proficient in luxury hotel operations and management software, with a solid understanding of sophisticated service protocols that ensure smooth operations.
• Educational Background: A relevant educational qualification, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience, is preferred, aligning with our commitment to excellence.
