We are looking for a passionate Head Host to be part of our team for Ennismore Restaurants Limited in our Llama Inn, Il Bambini Club and House of Louie Restaurants.
Llama Inn is a warm open space with natural wood furniture, tall ceilings, and steel beams. Our cuisine encompasses all things Peru, including ceviche, our famous lomo Saltado, Cancha and other unique Peruvian fair. Our cocktail and spirit list hail from Peru with none other than pisco being the star of the show and a creative cocktail menu with unique takes on the classics from around the globe. While the wine lists breaths Spain and Latin America with options by the glass and bottle to titillate any palate. Whether early or late, Llama Inn is a full dining experience for any celebration/occasion.
Born in Paris and inspired by the sunny, generous soul of Italy, Il Bambini Club is a lively trattoria known for its colourful dishes, shared feasts, and playful spirit.
Set within a 19th-century townhouse on West Street, House of Louie brings together three distinctive destinations under one roof: Wani Tzuki, a modern Japanese izakaya restaurant, Louie, an elegant French restaurant with a jazz soul, and Alligator Bar, a late-night cocktail and live music hideaway.
Job Description
- You’ll add that extra special touch to our guests’ experience by creating a culture of recognising and delighting our guests throughout the whole team; you’ll turn every guest into a regular!
- Both guest and team experience will be at the heart of all you do. You’ll lead your team of hosts by example, keeping them involved and motivated; making feel empowered and supported, confident in providing top experiences for our guests and comfortable turning to you with questions
- Have a firm grip of the CRM bookings system, keeping our data up to date and closely managing the Restaurant book across the day and for the weeks ahead
- Work closely with the Restaurant General Managers and Head Chefs to deliver a consistently excellent experience in our spaces
Qualifications
- A shining personality who has a genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience. You will be the face of the Hotel for our guests!
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar hospitality Host/Front of House/ Maître’D management role in a busy, bustling environment. You’re a natural at inspiring trust and bringing others along on a journey
- Experience using CRM bookings systems and table management
- Exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, juggling many things at once, but always dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s
- You’re looking for a place where you can be you; no clones in suits here
