• To assist the Outlet Manager in the planning and opening of the outlet, and all other supervisor duties (i.e authorisation of timesheets, cashiering duties, and close of shift duties)
• Work cohesively as a team member.
• Report to the outlet manager at all times during the rostered shift and complete all duties assigned.
• Ensure outlet is fully stocked at all times, and mise en place is at appropriate levels
• Report any discrepancies in stock control to Outlet Manager and Food & Beverage Operations Manager
• Maintain product knowledge of all menus and wine lists in order to advise and make recommendations to guests. 
• Use every opportunity to upsell and maximise sales.
• Serve items with flair and professionalism according to standards set by the Outlet Manager.
• Accuracy of cash / credit handling and register operations.
• Attend to guest’s requests quickly and efficiently, constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction.

• Strong communication, organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends & public holidays.
• Previous Cocktail/Bar experience is essential, with good wine and mixology expertise.  
• A friendly, guest-focused attitude with passion for providing exceptional and memorable moments.
• A high standard of grooming and presentation.
• Must hold your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
