Role Overview:
Join our distinguished team as a Head Bartender, where sophistication meets exceptional service. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting exquisite cocktails and providing an unparalleled experience to our discerning guests, blending the art of mixology with the essence of luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft Cocktails: Prepare and serve a diverse selection of cocktails, wines, and beverages with precision and flair, showcasing your mixology expertise. Each drink should reflect the unique quality and luxury standard of DELANO Dubai.

• Guest Engagement: Create memorable interactions with guests by offering personalized recommendations and ensuring their needs are met with warmth and professionalism. Anticipate guest preferences and provide exceptional service to enhance their experience.

• Bar Management: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring a polished and inviting environment at all times. Oversee the setup, breakdown, and overall operations of the bar, ensuring a seamless flow of service.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the culinary team to develop and implement seasonal beverage menus that complement the dining offerings. Align drinks with the overall hotel experience to create harmonious and well-paired dining and drinking options.

• Inventory Control: Assist in managing inventory, including ordering supplies, tracking stock levels, and ensuring optimal usage of ingredients to prevent wastage. Regularly monitor bar supplies to ensure consistent availability.

• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, new cocktail techniques, and the latest beverage innovations to continually enhance your skills and enrich our offerings. Integrate new ideas into the bar's repertoire to maintain a fresh and exciting experience for guests.

• Leadership: Oversee and guide the bar team, ensuring they are trained and motivated to deliver exceptional service. Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and create an environment of continuous learning and growth.

• Luxury Experience: You have a proven track record in a luxury hospitality environment - luxury hotel, high-end restaurant, or exclusive beach club, showcasing your ability to deliver sophisticated and discreet service that exceeds guest expectations.
• Exceptional Skills: Your communication and interpersonal skills are exemplary, allowing you to engage with guests in a refined manner that enhances their experience.
• Operational Knowledge: You’re proficient in luxury hotel operations and management software, with a solid understanding of sophisticated service protocols that ensure smooth operations.
• Educational Background: A relevant educational qualification, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience, is preferred, aligning with our commitment to excellence.
