Head Bartender - Azure Beach Club

• Assist in welcoming guests when required.
• Demonstrate and maintain high levels of customer service.
• Supervise the bar throughout, ensuring unnecessary delays of service.
• Attention to detail for inventory.
• Deputise for the Manager in their absence.

• High School Diploma / Bachelor degree education in the related field.
• Previous work experience in Leisure or Hospitality would be an advantage.
• Additional certification(s) from a reputable Hospitality Management school will be an advantage.
• Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Ability to speak other languages and a basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
• Attention to detail required
