Head Barista – Lotti’s

We’re looking for a Head Barista with big passion for all things caffeinated and the skills to go with it. Reporting to our Bar Manager you will be responsible to run daily operations, provide trainings, perform quality control and most of all you will be responsible for delivering specialty coffee to our guests to consistently high standards

Lotti's is our buzzing neighbourhood restaurant. The menu features an internationally inspired brasserie style cuisine with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. During the day, Lotti's is a place to meet, relax or work, and from Friday to Sunday the bar plays host to local DJ talent.

Once the Mayor’s home, now our home, on Amsterdam’s Herengracht canal. The Hoxton, Amsterdam houses 111 rooms, The Apartment, our meetings & events concept, and our all-day restaurant & bar, Lotti’s.

What you’ll do…

In a nut shell, our baristas are the masters of our coffee bar and energise our guests with tasty Origin coffees and fresh juices. There’s also plenty of opportunity to change things up by helping out on the floor and behind the bar as well. Besides, you’ll be maintaining inventories and ensuring compliance with cash control procedure and completing accounting and administrative reports as required.
