Nos équipes ont à cœur de recevoir avec élégance, nos clients dans nos 124 chambres et suites, nos 5 salles de réunion et dans nos espaces F&B : notre restaurant Envies et notre Bar Sorsi.
Cultivant l’esprit des grandes brasseries parisiennes, le restaurant Envies célèbre une cuisine savoureuse et lisible, s’exprimant à travers les classiques de la bistronomie française.
Pour enrichir notre équipe, nous recherchons un(e) Stagiaire Restauration. Entouré(e) par nos équipes bienveillantes, vous contribuez à :
- Assurer une prestation de qualité tant au niveau du service que de l'accueil client,
- Participer à la mise en place du point de vente ainsi qu'au rangement et au nettoyage des locaux et du matériel,
- Accueillir, orienter & conseiller le client dans ses choix,
- Veiller à développer un service de qualité constant et de référence,
- Connaitre l’offre restauration de son point de vente ainsi que les autres services de l’hôtel
- Diplôme Hôtellerie/Tourisme/commerce
- Expérience souhaitée en Hôtellerie
- Maîtrise de l’anglais, une troisième langue est souhaitée
- Bonne aisance relationnelle, un esprit d’équipe et un bon sens de l'organisation
- Excellente maîtrise du pack office
- Convention de stage obligatoire
- Travailler dans une équipe CHALEUREUSE et ENTHOUSIASTE qui saura vous accompagner au long de votre stage
- Occuper un poste enrichissant et valorisant par sa polyvalence
- Indemnité nourriture mensuelle en fonction de la législation en vigueur
- Restaurant du personnel Foodles
- Prise en charge à hauteur de 100% du Pass Navigo
- Uniforme fourni et entretenu
- Travail en journée (pas de coupure)
- 2 jours de repos consécutifs dans la semaine
- Participation aux différents évènements internes (Goûter des succès, célébration des anniversaires, soirée du personnel, etc)
