Guest Service Agent - Saudi



Job Description

  • Assist in house guests in best possible way to deliver the Quality customer service according to MHR core values and standards service on time.
  • To receive guest requests and to direct guests requests to responsible department.
  • To receive all guest complaints and assist with related department / duty manager to resolve the problems.
  • To receive and answer all guest inquiries 
  • Works with all major departments which serve guests directly or indirectly.
  • Records all messages received and logged properly with time and maintain for reports, at the same time directs the guest requests to department responsible for handling the event within certain time frame and  the department informs the Guest Service Centre upon completion of handling the event or the request.
  • Contacts the guest as soon as he receives a sign of completion of the event in order to verify guest satisfaction and in doing so designates process concludes.
  • Any delay in response of service to the guest's requests, leads to an alert to the head of the department in charge for swift action and investigation in case service is delayed due to some reason.
  • Improve service delivery, efficiency and to improve follow up for all the guests staying Moevenpick Hotel Jeddah.
