Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly customer service extraordinaries who will be in a Guest Service Agent type role. Responsibilities include duties relating to:

  • Hotel Porter including Valet Parking (a current driver's license is essential)
  • Guest Communications (including internal and external phone calls)
  • Guest Services (not limited to checking in and checking out our guests)

You will spend your days helping our guests with a variety of enquiries while promoting our hotel's services, the local attractions and all that Melbourne has to offer. We want you to help wow our guests with the Pullman Albert Park experience!

This is a flexible permanent part time role, offering between 8 - 38 hours per week.


Qualifications

About you

  • A passion for providing a positive guest experience
  • Creating memories for travellers while they're away from home
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism 
  • Attention to detail, ensuring procedures are followed
  • Discretion to our guest's, maintaining confidentiality at all times
  • Confidence in making credit card and cash transactions 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A valid driver's license 
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • The flexibility to work a rotating roster
