GUEST RELATION
•Définir un parcours client différenciant au sein de l’établissement en collaboration avec les référents concernés
•Piloter le comité expérience client, assurer la continuité des actions en cours et mettre en place des plans d’actions pour atteindre les objectifs définies
•Piloter le comité expérience collaborateur assurer la continuité des actions en cours et mettre en place des plans d’actions pour atteindre les objectifs définies
•Mettre en place des Reporting permettant de mesurer et de monitorer les actions
•Mettre en place une politique pour les VIP (définition, protocole, actions par service etc.)
•Garantir l’utilisation régulière et systématique de ACDC par les référents concernés de chaque service pour optimiser l’expérience client
•Gérer les réclamations clients off line et online
•Gérer la e-reputation (réponses aux avis et monitoring)
•Améliorer le poste de Guest service à la réception : garantir l’efficacité du poste
•Garantir une efficacité d’expérience client dans chaque service – rapidité de réponse (Commercial, restauration, réception, cuisine, étage..)
QUALITE
•Définir, suivre et communiquer sur les indicateurs liés à la qualité de l’hôtel - (source : Trust you)
•Accompagner les différents services de l’hôtel dans la mise en place de plans d’actions pour atteindre les objectifs de qualité
•Garantir le respect lié à l’audit Produit/Marque
•Référent RSE- ESG (pilotage d’audits)

•3 ans dans le tourisme
•Poste de Guest relation dans des structures hôtelières ou restaurations
•3 langues souhaitées incluant le français
•Culture digitale souhaitée
•Structuré, excellent relationnel, capacité à fédérer
•Profil orienté qualité
