Job Description

The Guest Relations Hostess is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by welcoming guests, handling inquiries, and ensuring a memorable and personalized guest experience throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome and escort guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.

  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes in coordination with the Front Office team.

  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently.

  • Maintain continuous communication with guests during their stay to ensure satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with relevant departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering) to fulfill guest needs.

  • Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

  • Record and follow up on guest feedback, complaints, and special requests.

  • Maintain guest profiles and preferences in the system to ensure personalized service.

  • Support VIP arrivals, special occasions, and loyalty program guests.

  • Adhere to hotel standards, policies, and grooming requirements at all times.

 


Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

  • Previous experience in guest relations, front office, or customer service is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.

  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

  • Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.

  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
