Job Description

  • Problem Resolution: Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between guests and various departments to facilitate requests and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather guest feedback through surveys or direct interactions to identify areas for improvement.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing events or special activities for guests, as needed.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback in the system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, front desk, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Policy Enforcement: Uphold company policies and standards while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
