Si vous portez ces valeurs, venez rejoindre nos équipes au poste de GUEST RELATION H/F, poste à pourvoir en CDI à partir du 1er juillet 2024.
Au sein du département des services de l’Accueil, vous participerez aux missions suivantes:
- Prendre en charge le client et contribuer, par une relation chaleureuse et personnalisée, à son bien-être, sa satisfaction et sa fidélisation (Lobby PR)
- Etablir un accueil personnalisé
- Accompagner les clients en chambre
- Être moteur dans le service Cousu Main
- Préparer et assurer le suivi des arrivées VIP/délégations institutionnelles/ personnalités, en fonction des Guidelines Sofitel
- Gérer les flux de clientèle et veiller à optimiser le temps d’attente
- Assurer le relais entre les différents services et l’ensemble des points d’accueil de l’hôtel
- Assurer les opérations de Front Office, d’accueil, de départ et d’information en application de l’organisation établie
- Gestion des Priorités et des Résolutions
Votre profil :
- Niveau d'études : BTS / DUT / Bac+2
- Domaine d'études : Hôtellerie
- Expérience professionnelle : minimum 1 an d’expérience
Compétences requises :
- Le sens du relationnel
- L’exemplarité et l’élégance
- L’esprit d’équipe
- Le souci constant de la qualité et de la satisfaction clientèle
- Maîtrise de l’Anglais, Allemand souhaité
- Maîtrise du pack Office
- Connaissance du système Hôtelier Opéra Cloud appréciée.
