Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused GSA Front Office professional to join our team in Mumbai, India. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the face of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out.

  • Greet guests warmly and provide a seamless check-in and check-out process
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries and requests
  • Handle guest accounts and process payments accurately
  • Promote hotel facilities and services, identifying opportunities for upselling
  • Maintain high standards of customer service at the front desk
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Manage day-to-day front office operations
  • Address and resolve guest concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure the lobby and front desk areas are clean and presentable at all times
  • Stay informed about local attractions and events to assist guests with recommendations

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in multi-tasking and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated customer service orientation and ability to exceed guest expectations
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software (knowledge of Opera PMS is a plus)
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with luggage if needed
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
