At 25hours Hotel Das Tour, German thoroughness meets French charm. We’re an eclectic team that wants to grow together. Here, you are free to contribute your own ideas and drive this still relatively new hotel forward. After work, we enjoy drinks or delicious meals together with a view over Düsseldorf. How does your working day look like ..

• Coordination of all room bookings in the group segment of 8 rooms or more, via email and telephone 
• Main contact person for all group inquiries and coordination of customer requests
• Ensuring smooth internal communication for all group arrivals (check-in times, check-out times, on-site schedule, possible dinner, supporting program, etc.)
• Checking invoices and dealing with possible complaints 
• Host role from the first contact with the guest
• Coordinated work, especially when all emails are bombarding you at the same time
• And last but not least, be the contact person for our guests on site

Your personality counts more than your CV ...

• You have a completed apprenticeship in hospitality and gained first experience in a similar role
• You have experience with using a PC and common office programs
• You have good organisational skills and a eye for details
• You have the ability to inspire guests and colleagues
• You can communicate charmingly, even when things get tricky
• You are able to multitask
• You are a native German speaker and  have good English language skills
• You not only bring your skills but also your character
