The context
Within the Finance Department, the Group Consolidation team brings together 10 people at the core of Accor's financial reporting.
Its mission: prepare the Group's consolidated financial statements under IFRS, on both a monthly and an annual basis, all the way to the externally published consolidated financial statements.
New IFRS standards, integration of acquisitions, evolution of the finance information system: the team supports the Group's major financial transformations.
Your mission
This is where your greatest challenge awaits: after training in consolidation techniques, you will become a full contributor to the consolidated accounts of a group present in more than 110 countries.
Annual consolidation:
- Help define the scope of consolidation
- Review restatements of Group companies' financial statements in line with Group standards (IFRS)
- Perform analytical reviews of subsidiaries' consolidation packages
- Review intercompany accounts
- Analyze the consolidated financial statements: fixed assets, working capital requirements, provisions for risks and charges, impairment tests, etc.
- Prepare internal reporting statements and the consolidated financial statements booklet for external publication
Monthly consolidation:
- Help define the scope, review intercompany accounts and analyze the consolidated financial statements
Ad hoc assignments:
- Contribute to cross-functional projects: implementation of new IFRS standards, integration of new acquisitions, net income and cash-flow estimates, requests from the Finance Department, development of the finance information system
Qualifications
Your profile:
- Degree program: business school or university, final-year Master's student (end-of-studies internship) or on a gap year, with a genuine interest in finance
- Internship duration: 6 months — Preferred dates: starting January 2027
Appreciated skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Soft skills:
- Rigor, curiosity and strong organizational skills
- Good interpersonal skills, strong team spirit and active listening
Language(s):
- French — working language
- English — fluent (C1)
