Job Description

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing creative designs that align with the visual identity and marketing strategies of Mövenpick Resort Sharm El Sheikh and Mercure Hurghada. This role is based in Cairo and requires a designer with a strong background in hospitality design.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design & Branding:
    • Create visually compelling designs for hotels' services and facilities, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
    • Conceptualize and produce creative work for campaigns, promotions, and events.
  2. Social Media Designs:
    • Design engaging visuals for social media platforms, including posts, stories, and carousels.
    • Edit reels and short promotional videos to enhance the hotels' digital presence.
  3. Print & Digital Collaterals:
    • Develop high-quality menus, brochures, flyers, and other marketing collaterals.
    • Create branded templates and assets for various communication channels.
  4. Content Development:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas for hotel offerings.
    • Deliver on-time and on-brand content that highlights the unique features of Mövenpick Resort Sharm El Sheikh and Mercure Hurghada.
  5. Coordination & Reporting:
    • Work closely with the cluster director of marketing to ensure all design materials align with the overall marketing strategy.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand project needs and deliver results efficiently.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Strong experience in video editing, including reels and promotional videos.
  • Knowledge of designing for both print and digital media.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for menus, collaterals, and social media.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
