Primary Responsibilities

• Develops all hotel marketing and promotional collateral according to the Brand guidelines. Liaises with suppliers and agents to design and print creative collateral, ensuring production quality and deadlines are met.

• Ensures adequate stocks of promotional collateral are available at all times.

• Supervises and directs photographers commissioned to take pictures of the hotel, promotions and events for use in sales and marketing collateral, public relations.

Giám sát và chỉ đạo các nhiếp ảnh gia thực hiện chụp ảnh khách sạn, các chương trình khuyến mãi, sự kiện để làm tài liệu cho kinh doanh và truyền thông.

• Coordinate and schedule Graphics jobs. Responsible for quotations/briefing the printers.

• Setting up, operating hotel’s camera, audio recorders, microphones and other equipment on set.

Chuẩn bị và thực hiện chụp hình, quay phim, ghi âm cho khách sạn.

• Edit video segment, short video, insert caption, graphic or other on-screen text into video, photo.

Chỉnh sửa, chèn chú thích, thêm hiệu ứng đồ họa, văn bản vào video, hình ảnh.

• Coordinate and schedule video/ photo/ graphic job.

Điều phối và sắp xếp thời gian cho các công việc quay video/ chụp hình/ thiết kế đồ họa.

• Handle emergency cases according to established policies and procedures. Maintain a high level of coordination with the Agency and other departments in order to maintain consistent quality service standards towards internal & external customers.

• Ensure that day to day inquiries/correspondences are handled in a professional manner.

• Oversee photo library and maintain up-to-date data.

• Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity or minimum 2 years of experience in the area of guest services/digital-marketing
• Experience executing paid social media campaigns
• Ability to work independently and flexibly
• Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
• Be able to take lifestyle photo and video
• High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of business acumen
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
