• Responder pela área de Governança, envolvendo organização, limpeza e conservação dos apartamentos e das áreas públicas do hotel (social e serviço), orientando equipe, priorizando e distribuindo tarefas e solucionando os problemas operacionais pertinentes.
• Responder pela compra, conservação e inventário de uniformes e enxovais.
• Manter contato com fornecedores, atendendo-os, conhecendo seus produtos, examinando as vantagens oferecidas, efetuando orçamentos e efetuando a compra, após validação do superior.
• Supervisionar as atividades da Lavanderia (externa ou interna).
• Participar da elaboração do orçamento anual, em conjunto com o superior, bem como acompanhar o Real X Orçado.
• Responder pela manutenção da decoração do hotel, envolvendo tapeçaria, floricultura e objetos de arte.
• Controlar as compras do departamento de governança, conferindo os tipos produtos, preços, quantidades, etc. e corrigir eventuais diferenças, validando com a gerencia se for o caso.
• Manter contato com os demais departamentos para solução de assuntos diversos relacionados à área de atuação.
• Responder pelo controle de “Achados e Perdidos”, até a sua devida entrega ao hóspede ou destino final, atentando-se aos prazos de guarda.
• Garantir o cumprimento das metas estabelecidas no contrato de gestão.
• Garantir a execução dos processos e procedimentos do “Auto Controle” da área.
• Coordenar equipe sob sua responsabilidade, selecionando, treinando, avaliando o desempenho e estimulando o nível de motivação dos colaboradores.
• Fazer a gestão do quadro de colaboradores, admitir, demitir, elaborar escalas de trabalho, revezamento, banco de horas, férias e demais atribuições de gestão de pessoas, dimensionar equipes, assim como definir padrões de tempo e qualidade de serviços, dos colaboradores sobre sua gestão.
• Executar outras atribuições correlatas de acordo com a necessidade da área.
