Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated customer-focused Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team.

Reporting to the Venue Manager & Director of Food & Beverage, the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Being "Guest obsessed" while providing support and presence on the front of house areas to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant and cafe & warm and efficient service is provided
  • Providing leadership, guidance and support to your F&B colleagues, ensuring our F&B service standards are observed providing a consistently high level of service to all guests
  • Set up for each service period
  • Familiarizing yourself with VIP and regular clients to ensure their requests and needs are met
  • Maintain hygienic food service techniques during service and promote a safe workplace by recognizing hazards and promoting general OHS practices
  • A ‘hands on’ approach is required as is to work as part of a team to provide seamless service

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor or Team Leader role within a restaurant and cafe is required
  • Experienced Food and Beverage attendants are encouraged to apply for the next step.
  • Passionate for customer service
  • Experience in training and motivating employees
  • Friendly, outgoing personality and a high standard of personal presentation and self-awareness
