Job Description

To be filled: full time permanent position based at Accor’s global headquarters in Issy-Les-Moulineaux

This position is part of Accor’s Global Talent & Culture department, specifically within the Global Talent Acquisition Team (5 members). In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to promote Accor’s culture and values through impactful employer branding, talent acquisition initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing the candidate experience.

This international role offers a global exposure and the chance to make a lasting impact on Accor’s talent strategy. Potential business travels to be expected.

Your key responsibilities:

Employer Branding Strategy

  • We recently launched our new Employee Value proposition “Hospitality is a work of Heart”, and you will design and roll-out targeted Employer Branding Campaigns for our different audiences (e.g. operations, corporate, students).
  • You will closely collaborate with Marketing teams to ensure the cascading of our global Group Employer Brand platform to our 3 top priority brands including the personalization of key moments of truth in the Candidate Journey.  
  • As a real expert in the field, you will advise the regions, brands and corporate departments to develop their local recruitment communications campaigns based on our Group EVP.
  • Who better than our 330,000 Heartists® to spread the word?
    In this role, you will develop Employee Advocacy mechanisms to empower colleagues across all regions and departments to share their experiences working at #Accor. 
  • You will lead the E-Reputation monitoring process across global platforms (Indeed, Glassdoor) with the support of our agency and deliver guidelines to our regions.

Employer Branding Communications

  • You will work closely with HR departments to drive awareness and adoption on HR programs through internal communication campaigns.
  • Always ahead of the latest trends and creative, you will be in charge of the brand content strategy to ensure high quality recruitment communications materials (leading video & photo shoots, recruitment material production, ….) with the support of internal departments, external agencies and freelancers.

Recruitment Experience & Performance:

  • You will support the Digital team in the rollout of our new ATS (Applicant Tracking System) across all regions, as well as the implementation of assessment solutions to ensure optimal applicant qualification. Additionally, you will lead the adoption of these new systems by managing change processes across regions, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with global recruitment goals.
  • We will attract millions of visitors to our Careers website annually.
    In this role, you will enhance the user experience (UX) and optimize the performance of our new Careers website. You will also engage and lead a community of champions across regions to ensure the website delivers an outstanding experience for all users. 
  • You will collaborate with the regions and departments to identify and develop process to constantly improve our job offer attractiveness.
  • Data oriented, you will be in charge of the monthly reporting on our main recruitment KPI’s.

Other missions

  • You will be in charge of the budget monitoring for the Talent Acquisition department (including re-incoiving process). 

 

As a strong team player, you will contribute to several transversal HR projects. As the main ambassador of the Accor Employer Brand, you will identify and develop strong collaborations with all internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

Fields of Studies: HR, Digital, Communications & Marketing

Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in Marketing, Employer Branding or HR Communications

Languages: Fluent English both written and spoken, French is a plus.

Detail-oriented, creative, with strong organization and adaptation skills.
