- Garantir o cumprimento de metas comerciais estabelecidas no Contrato de Gestão;
- Desenvolver novas prospecções com base no perímetro de atendimento definido;
- Criar e executar planos de ações comerciais, seguindo formulário padrão;
- Registrar nas ferramentas oficiais da Accor (ANAIS) as ações e interlocuções mantidas com seus clientes;
- Ser responsável pelo procedimento mensal do ANAIS;
- Apresentar o resultado dos maiores clientes demonstrando as quedas e evolução dos mesmos;
- Colaborar com o cadastro das tarifas/tarifários no ANAIS;
- Colaborar com visitas e ações de “shared management / gestão compartilhada” nas contas;
- Participar ativamente das reuniões de acordo com solicitações;
- Cooperar ativamente com os acionamentos dos Hotel Sales de outras regiões / cidades para identificar o potencial do cliente (diferencial estrutura Accor);
- Acompanhar a prospecção de clientes sob a sua responsabilidade;
- Enviar relatórios de visitas efetuadas e a realizar semanalmente para o Gerente de Vendas;
- Inserir no Sistema “Anais” todas as visitas realizadas e apresenta-lo impresso juntamente com o relatório de reembolso;
- Visitar os hotéis do COMPSET para auxílio nas análises de REVMAX;
- Conhecer e supervisionar o regulamento interno do hotel, as políticas e os procedimentos do seu departamento;
- Divulgar e conhecer os Programas de Relacionamento e Accor Pro juntamente aos clientes;
- Direcionar informações para clientes como, promoções dos hotéis, novidades das marcas, promoções em datas comemorativas, folder e material eletrônico para divulgação;
- Acompanhar o forecast do(s) hotéis em conjunto com o RM;
- Manter contato com os demais departamentos para solução de assuntos diversos relacionados à sua área de atuação;
- Auxiliar os hotéis nas estratégias de programas de relacionamento;
- Ter noções básicas de RM para cotações de grupos & eventos;
- Conhecer as metas dos hotéis e seu acompanhamento para realização de plano de ação emergenciais;
- Refletir os valores Accor em suas atitudes e apoiar a cultura Heartis na unidade;
- Executar outras atribuições correlatas de acordo com a necessidade da área;
- Conhecer e aplicar as práticas de AllSafe;
- Conhecer e aplicar os conceitos e práticas da política de compliance e LGPD da Accor.
- Necessário Superior cursando ou completo;
- Ingles Avançado;
- Análise e Solução de Problemas e habilidade de Negociação;
