Su misión será garantizar la estrategia efectiva del departamento para la consecución de las metas del mismo, teniendo como pilares de esta labor los siguientes aspectos:
- Formular e implementar de la estrategia comercial del área de alimentos y bebidas.
- Garantizar los estándares de marca, higiene y servicio en las labores del departamento de alimentos y bebidas.
- Liderar el equipo de alimentos y bebidas cuidando el entorno de clima organizacional y la filosofía de trato al colaborador.
- Análisis de los indicadores de gestión del departamento, asegurando la rentabilidad de las actividades y los margenes de utilidad.
- Garantizar la aplicación de los procesos de control interno en las actividades de su departamento.
- Asegurar la satisfacción del cliente en todos los centros de consumo de alimentos y bebidas del hotel, generando una oferta de calidad y acorde a las preferencias del huésped y las tendencias del mercado.
- Asegurar una correcta funcionalidad de las operaciones del área de alimentos y bebidas y los departamentos que la componen.
- Licenciatura en alimentos y bebidas, gastronomía, hotelería o afín
- Experiencia de al menos 5 años en puestos similares en la industria hotelera
- Inglés conversacional fluido
- Dominio de herramientas de Micros Simphony
- Experiencia en apertura de restaurantes e implementación de marca.
- Alto empuje en resultados comprobables de estrategias comerciales.
